To Do of the day: [Nov  ‘11]

Memorize 3 verses.

I must admit.. this To Do of the day was a fail. But I did memorize one!

1 Peter 5:12

“Be shepherds of God’s flock that is under your care, serving as overseers — not because you must, but because you are willing, as God wants you to be — not greedy for money, but eager to serve;”

.. I typed most of that without looking.. hahaha!! Still an achievement! :) I decided to memorize this because as a teacher this should be true of us. This is also the verse of the LEaD or simply for all Ministers! Like a Mission and Vision sort of thing. This should be stamped in my heart. Teaching is a big deal. We are judged the most. :| Creepy, that’s why I used to hate and avoided this profession but, I was enlightened about its worth. :). It’s an honor to be one. One thing I really focused on on this verse was the line “..not because you must, but because you are WILLING.. as God WANTS you to be..” .. whoa! answer to my compromising. tsk. :| sakit! :P I like this verse.. :D
…. EAGER TO SERVE!!!!!! .. Like! :D 

The others are :

2 Corinthians 5:15

“And He died for all, that those who live should no longer live for themselves but for Him who died for them and was raised again.”

I got this one when I was doing my devotion. Yiieee.. I read the whole chptr 5.. i think.. I was amazed. So I decided to memorize it. Just look at the HUMILITY there. Awww.. Mind-boggling.. Hurts too when you think about it. It told me my purpose. The purpose that slowly my currently life is kinda erasing from my heart. My life is to sing His song. My purpose is to bring glory to God, EVERYTHING directed to Him. Jesus set an example of that in Humility. Amazing. :O

2 Corinthians 12: 9-10

This one is a fail.. It’s so long but I long wanted to memorize this. “..My grace is sufficient enough for you..” hahah.. will memorize it next time. I chose this because its what I want to voice out. Trials? Sufferings? I cannot compare them to Yours. Tsk. I am glad that I have God to go through them with.. also knowing that He will always keep His word of never leaving us nor forsaking us. He has never failed us and He never will. :D Awesome, hey! :D

.. My students shouldn’t be the only one memorizing such verses. I should practice what I preach. Walk the Talk!.. Psalm 119:11 “I have hidden Your word in my heart that I might not sin against you” — True! True.. nuff said! :)
A good teacher is a good student. Making use of my practical-ness.. Practicing!! :D

To Do of the day: [Nov 7 ‘11]

Text Anyone I haven’t texted for a long time.. Or I have ignored for the past weeks.

Whoa.. It was kinda cool. Putting my load to good use. Saying hello to all those OLD peoples that I now have forgotten to appreciate after all they have done for me.. or have been a blessing to my life. Busy with school work or sleeping to reply back to someone who made a difference in my life? WHOA!

I need a HEART CHECK! :O .. I should make more time for others.. make an effort to be a friend and not expect text messages all the time.. and not just all about me and studies.. No wonder I almost lost my sanity last sem.. :D

I was taught once that I should be the initiator for a START to happen. Don’t always expect things from others but instead be the one they expect. My motto is to apply the Golden Rule: Do unto others what you want them to do unto you.. Practicals never forget what they have been taught when young… and once its put into practice.. (PRACTIC-AL.. LoL..).. This is why I am grateful I got saved at a young age and brought up in the Sunday School. :)

“Big things come from small packages..” : Simple text = Big Smile = Big Impact.. :D

Was glad to make someone smile today though I didn’t see their faces. I just feel they did. Yep, One step at a time folks. Will reach perfection one day. :) yiiiiieeee.. kiligs.. :D

Always on a mission.. That’s one of my plans this sem.. :D Hope it will turn out good. :D

The Chuck Project is a spontaneous, out-of-the-blue plan. I just thought of it and I liked the idea. First I thought of copying the idea of posting a picture a day that describes that very day, but uploading is a hustle and time consuming. I cannot have such.

Chuck is all about Finding and becoming who you are..

First there’s the “NO! This is not me! It’s too hard! Difficult! I don’t belong here.”

Then there’s “Hmmmm.. Ok, so this is not bad. I can be a hero and do something good for a change.”

Later, “WOW! I’m quite good at this! I don’t want to go back to my old life. This is me. This is WHO I AM!”

.. wow.. Inspiring.. and yeah.. That’s the story of my life as well..

Including the hustles of life, trails, experiences, CHANGES! (oh don’t get me started on that!).. I can really relate to Chuck.. That’s why this project realized.

It’s scary.. How 1ABC used to have 51 regular students.. and now it’s down to 40.. From #12 in class to #8.. :| .. This is just the 1st to 2nd sem transition.. Me? Scared? No! No! No! .. I am TERRIFIED! >_< …

.. Alam mo yung feeling na alam mo na kung ano dapat ang gawin.. but then again.. God is Omnipotent and He can do anything He wishes to do..

He is so unpredictable.. this is what scares me.. no.. not the fact that He is unpredictable but the fact that… I find it hard to trust in Him on this matter.. There is a part in me that wants things to go my way.. but then again I say “Your will be done, O Lord.” .. >___< It’s driving me nuts..

I need to work on this.. Prayer, YES. That’s a need.. :| Tsk.. Pambi.. this feeling is really creepy.. It’s scaring me and depressing me.. I can not explain it.. :|

Fear God..

But do not fear..

I will do my best to pass every subject the whole of 2nd sem.. I will not be lazy prt3.. I will finish every homework on time.. I will not complain..I will be content.. I will show appreciation.. I will not silent treatment anyone.. I will not walk away.. I will finish what I have started.. I will stick to what I am currently doing and not multi-task as much.. I am a Child of God.. I will focus on Him.. I will read the Bible everyday.. I will study His Word as much as possible.. I will be excellent for God.. A smile will never leave my face.. I will be an encouragement.. Heart Touching Story!

Boy and Girl are sitting alone in the park
one night….

Boy: I guess we are the left overs in this
world ….

Girl: I think so…All of my friends have
boyfriends and we are only the 2 persons left
in this world with out any special person in our life

Boy: Yup I don’t know what to do

Girl: I know! We’ll play a game

Boy: What game ?

Girl: i’ll be your girl friend for 30 days
and you will be my boy friend

Boy: That’s a great plan in fact i don’t have
nothing to do much this following weeks

DAY 1:

They watch their first movie and they both
touched in a romantic film

DAY 4:

They went to the beach and have a picnic
Boy and Girl have their quality time together

DAY 12:

Boy invited Girl to a circus and they
ride on a Horror House. Girl was scared
and she touched Boy’s hand but she touched
someone else’s hand and they both
laughed…

DAY 15:

They saw a fortune teller down the road and
they asked for their future advice and the fortune
teller said: “My darling, Please don’t waste the
time of your life.SPend the rest of your time together
happily” Then tears flow out from the teller’s eyes

DAY 20:

Girl invited Boy to go to the hill and
they saw a meteor. Girl mumbled
something

DAY 28:

They sat on the bus and because of a bumby
road Girl gave her first kiss to Boy by
accident

DAY 29:

11:37pm

Girl and Boy sat in the park where
they first decided to play this game.

Boy: I’m tired, Do you want any
drinks? I’ll buy you one, I’ll just go down the
road

Girl: Apple Juice that’s all

Boy: Wait for me

20 mins later. a stranger approached
Girl …

Stranger: Are you a friend of Dat Boy?

Girl: Why yes? What happened?

Stranger: A reckless drunken driver ran over
boy and he is critical in the hospital …

11:57pm

The doctor went out of the emergency room
and he handed out an apple juice and a letter

Doctor: We found this in boy’s pocket

Girl reads the letter and it says:

This past few days, i realized
you are really a cute girl and i am really falling for you
Your cherish smile your everything when we
played this game. Before this game would end. I
would like you to be my girl friend for the rest of my
life

I love you

Girl crumples the paper and shouted:

“i don’t want you to die… I love you…
Remember that night when we saw a
meteor, I mumbled something… I mumbled
that I wish we would be together forever and never
end this game. Please don’t leave me. I
love you! You cannot do this to me”

Then the clock strikes 12

Boy’s heart start pumping

Not only such phenomenon.. is SELDOM.. When was the last time you GOT OUT and actually acted.. the last time you STOPPED.. and LOOKED around.. to appreciate what surrounds you.. Tsk.. make it a habit.. It will leave you SPEECHLESS.. How CLEAR everything will be and how SUNNY it really is.. ;)
